As a kid, I always loved this time of year when schools started and my mom took me to shop for school accessories. Good times, isn’t it? 

Aldi has brought all the school accessories that kids need from a diary, to school bags, to a furniture bookcase. Today we are going to see Aldi’s SOHL furniture kids’ bookcase.

My friend bought this Aldi bookshelf for their kids last year and today she will share how’s the condition of her bookcase after using it for 1 year. Also, we will discuss, whether it was a good deal or not, so stay tuned.

This is a detailed piece of furniture made for stacking books having 2 shelves and a sliding door on which you can rest your books too. Behind the sliding door, there is vertical support which gives you four compartments to keep your stuff. 

You can use this shelve as a display cabinet, keep toys, books, and all the other things you can imagine. You just have to refer to the manual to get this shelf ready to use.

Hey WeekFinds readers Cari here, so I bought this Bookcase last year for my kid and it’s still going pretty solid as you can see in a picture. 

Smaller/taller books fit (Mo Willem’s Elephant and Piggie, PaperPie’s Look Inside and Don’t Tickle books); traditional smaller board books fit! 

Traditional-sized picture books don’t. 😫

But I love it and I’m excited to finally get books out of baskets and into a shelf/side table next to the couch. In the initial days, these sliders didn’t slide smoothly but as time goes on and you keep sliding them, they become smooth. 

Overall after using this storing of kid’s book become easier. 

Is it a Good Deal?

For $50 this SOHL bookcase for kids is a good one to buy, as you can stack even taller books. Other shelves we saw online didn’t have the capacity to store taller books.
